What to Expect from Your maternity Session
At The Rouge Caravane Photography, we want your maternity session to be a stress-free, luxurious experience from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when booking with us:

Before booking, we require a phone consultation to go over all the details, answer any concerns you might have, and ensure we are the perfect match for your vision. This is where we discuss your style preferences, poses, and overall goals for your session.

Once you decide to book, we’ll schedule an in-studio dress fitting appointment where you can try on our luxury maternity gowns and finalize the styling for your session. This is also a great opportunity to meet in person and refine the creative direction for your shoot.

After your dress fitting, we will look for the best available dates for your session. To officially secure your booking, we require a non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your session, or you can choose monthly payment plans. We also offer PayPal installments and Afterpay for added flexibility.

Your session will take place in our Clarksville, TN studio, where we offer a variety of styles and backdrops to match your vision. The time spent will depend on the package you select, ensuring we capture a mix of stunning, well-balanced images.
