What to Expect from Your first birthday photoshoot?
At The Rouge Caravane Photography, we want your session to be a stress-free experience from start to finish. Here’s what you can expect when booking with us:

Before booking, we require a phone consultation to go over all the details, answer any concerns you might have, and ensure we are the perfect match for your vision. This is where we discuss your style preferences, poses, and overall goals for your session.

We typically don’t plan a dress fitting for toddlers unless moms feel unsure about the outfit or would like to ensure it fits perfectly. However, if you'd like to meet us before the session or want to refine the styling for your toddler’s shoot, we’re happy to schedule a quick in-studio visit. It’s a great opportunity to finalize the look and ensure everything is just right before the big day.

After your dress fitting, we will look for the best available dates for your session. To officially secure your booking, we require a non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your session, or you can choose monthly payment plans. We also offer PayPal installments and Afterpay for added flexibility.

Your session will take place in our Clarksville, TN studio, where we offer a variety of styles and backdrops to match your vision. The time spent will depend on the package you select, ensuring we capture a mix of stunning, well-balanced images.

After your session, we’ll sit down to review and select your images. We’ll guide you through the process, helping you choose the best shots while explaining what will be professionally retouched.

Expect to receive your final, professionally retouched images within 3-4 weeks via a private online gallery. Your gallery will be delivered to your email, where you can download, print, and share your high-resolution portraits with friends and family.
